Order Processing Time
All products are made to order and require time for design, production and preparation.
Standard processing time for most orders is 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Larger or custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity and quantity.
Customers are responsible for placing orders with enough time before their event date to allow for both production and delivery.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Shipping options available at checkout may include Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 depending on the delivery option selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are based on Royal Mail guidelines and may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – approximately 2 to 3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – approximately 1 to 2 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, Apex Print Lab Studio is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other external factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Apex Print Lab Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
