By accessing or purchasing from Apex Print Lab Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products and Services

All products sold by Apex Print Lab Studio are custom made and personalised based on the information provided by the customer. Each order is created specifically for the customer and therefore may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to theme customisation, colour differences or product availability.

Personalisation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details entered at checkout are correct. This includes names, ages, dates, themes and any custom text. Apex Print Lab Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details and event information provided are accurate.

Order Processing

Once an order has been placed, production will begin according to the processing time stated on the product page. Because items are custom made, orders cannot be cancelled once design work or production has started.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed for custom orders. Apex Print Lab Studio reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

 

Custom Orders

For large orders, bespoke designs or special requests, customers may contact us directly through the Contact page. Custom orders may require additional consultation and production time depending on the request.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product concepts and website content created by Apex Print Lab Studio remain the intellectual property of the business. Designs may not be copied, reproduced or resold without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Apex Print Lab Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third party shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. We are also not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer.
